Excerpt from CEO Jonas Wærn’s comments:
Following the agreement with Tekken Corporation, we also signed our second Design Win agreement during the quarter, with ChoisTechnology. We are now working closely with both customers on integration and validation towards the start of production. At the same time, we continue to develop our commercial pipeline, particularly within wearables and digital health. Discussions remain strong in Japan and South Korea, while interest is growing in China and India, and new discussions have been initiated in Europe. Through new distributors such as Marubun in Japan and WiMerce in South Korea, we are also strengthening our local presence.

An important part of our efforts is making our nanotechnology available for technical evaluation by more customers. Through our distributor network and the global distribution platform DigiKey, we are building a broader base of customer projects, reducing our dependence on individual projects and validating our technology across a wider range of applications. Each initial customer project expands our commercial pipeline and creates opportunities for further progression towards Design Wins and volume production.

In summary, we are entering the final quarter of the year with a clear agenda, to convert more of our customer projects into Design Wins, advance existing projects towards serial production, and strengthen our capacity to fulfil recurring orders and deliver larger volumes over time.

Significant events during the third quarter of 2026:
On July 1, the Company announced the final outcome of the rights issue. A total of 26,301,077 units, corresponding to approximately 45.2 percent of the Rights Issue, were subscribed for with the support of unit rights. In addition, 9,702,891 units, corresponding to approximately 16.7 percent of the Rights Issue, were subscribed for without the support of unit rights. The Rights Issue was thus subscribed to approximately 61.9 percent. As a result of the subscription level, the guarantee commitments will not be utilized. Through the Rights Issue, the Company will receive proceeds of approximately SEK 17.3 million before issue costs, after the set-off of debt amounting to approximately SEK 0.7 million. In accordance with the guarantee agreements entered into in connection with the Rights Issue, the Board of Directors resolved on the same day, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting, to carry out a directed issue of units to the guarantors of the Rights Issue (the “Compensation Issue”). The subscription price in the Compensation Issue is the same as in the Rights Issue, SEK 0.50 per unit, and payment will be made by setting off the guarantors’ claims relating to guarantee compensation. A total of 5,384,000 units will be allocated to the guarantors in the Compensation Issue.

On August 7, JonDeTech entered into a Design Win agreement with South Korean company ChoisTechnology for its J30D sensor, targeting digital temperature monitoring for newborns and elderly care. The agreement includes a testing and validation phase. Indicative future volumes are non-binding and subject to successful validation and a separate supply agreement.
