Dear Warrant Holder, 
Since the beginning of this year, JonDeTech has taken several important steps forward on our commercial journey. We are now broadening our digital product portfolio with both the JIRS45D and the JIRS30D – two digital sensors that strengthen our position in high-volume markets such as wearables, headphones, health technology, and building automation. These launches mark a milestone, as we can now offer a complete portfolio with both analog and digital solutions, making integration easier for our customers and partners. 
At the same time, we have further strengthened our organization. We have recently recruited a new colleague focusing on Embedded Systems to reinforce our R&D team, enabling us to better understand and tailor to customer needs. I would also like to highlight the strength of having Leif Borg remain in the company as COO, fully focused on ensuring our industrialization, quality, and delivery capability as volumes increase. 
We now have a dozen ongoing customer projects, both directly and through our distributors in Asia, Europe, and India. Our strategy of working closely with the market through evaluation kits (EVKs) continues to deliver results – interest is strong, and we are seeing more and more of these projects moving toward commercial orders. 
It is clear that JonDeTech has entered an accelerated phase, combining product launches, industrial scaling, and a growing number of customer dialogues. This is the most dynamic period in the company’s history, and we are building to establish ourselves as a global supplier of energy-efficient sensors. 
My job is to be strongly sales-focused, and the resources we receive will be used primarily for customer projects and sales-driven activities. I look forward to traveling more, listening closely to our customers’ needs, and converting projects into our first real orders. 
I would therefore like to encourage all warrant holders to exercise their options. Your participation provides us with the fuel we need to continue this journey – a journey where JonDeTech transitions from a development company to a commercial, customer-driven company in growth. 
The future looks promising, and I sincerely hope you will choose to join us on the road ahead.
