Summer greeting from CEO Per Lindeberg

Here comes a summer greeting, where I also would like to take the opportunity to wish you a nice and happy summer. We at JonDeTech have had an intensive year since the IPO last year. It has been a year of hard work, building a major part of our commercial foundation, having both manufacturing and administration in place. An important milestone was achieved when we recently were able to present a manufacturing capacity of seven million sensors, with the goal of being able to produce at least ten times that production. This means that we now easily can scale up the business and start delivering at large volumes. Noteworthy is that global trends indicate that sensors are increasingly being used in high volume industries, such as the consumer electronics industry with functions that perfectly fit our unique sensor. Today, JonDeTech stands on a very stable foundation, and we look in to the future with great confidence!

Much of the work we have done over the past year has laid the foundation for many of the parts that are falling into place. This also means that we are now more than well prepared for an exciting fall. The goal with the new share issue last year was to start our high volume production. The fact that we have now managed to produce sensors, together with a high volume manufacturer is an important milestone. Right now, we are undergoing a process to fit in more manufacturers, enabling us to scale up and scale down our production depending on the demand. We are currently working on having a capacity for annual volumes of 100’s of millions of sensors. When we are able to do so, we will be in a position to process large customer demands in the consumer electronics and IoT markets over the next 5 to 10 years.

Already, our development projects have begun to yield returns. One such example is the project with ShortLink, which we communicated earlier this summer. Our application team is working hard to find solutions in on-going projects. The development cycles in our projects are 6 to 12 months, where each application is totally unique. But for every project we work with, we learn how we can increase the pace of development processes and find the synergies in our work.

New patents and patent applications for on-going projects have, and will further, increase our IP. To build a strong patent portfolio, we see that as a truly important success factor.

There are a lot of things going on around JonDeTech, and sometimes we do not really realize the value of all the breakthroughs that we accomplish almost everyday. The news evaluation is often done based on whether it is big enough to become a press release or not. But there are of course a lot of other things to communicate. We will now step up, and be better at sharing that information with you.

Last, but not least, we all at JonDeTech would like to thank you! As an investor, you have been one of the most important cornerstones of our success this far. THANKS!

I look forward to a continued eventful summer, and an exciting fall together with you.

Sincerely, Per Lindeberg, CEO
