OG Innovation AB, org.no. 559006-7483, and Mikael Lindeberg, who together own approximately 35 percent of the capital and votes in JonDeTech Sensors AB, proposes that two new members, Katarina Bonde and Dave Wu, be elected to the board to be voted at the upcoming AGM. The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 26, 2020, where Katarina Bonde will also be proposed as the new Chairman of the Board.
– As the largest owner, outgoing Chairman of the board, and highly involved in the recruitment process, I am absolutely convinced that these contributions to the board will be able to help JonDeTech move forward from the stable platform we have built. Katarina’s long and broad background from both operational work and various board roles combined with Dave’s network and knowledge of the Asian markets will help the company into the next phase, says Michael Olsson, outgoing Chairman and shareholder via OG Innovation AB.
Katarina Bonde is an experienced business manager, entrepreneur, and investor. She is the founder and CEO of the management consulting company Kubi LLC and holds several board assignments. She is currently Chairman of the Board of Mentimeter, FlatFrog Laboratories, and board member of Mycronic, Opus Group, and Stillfront Group. Previous Board assignments include Fingerprint Cards, Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund, and ORC Software. Katarina Bonde is independent in relation to the company and the company’s major shareholders. Katarina is also proposed to take over as Chairman of the Board as the current Chairman of the Board, Michael Olsson, has declined re-election.
David Wu has a long experience as an investor with a strong focus in areas such as telecommunications, mobile internet, digital security, and green energy, especially in the Chinese market. He is the Managing Director for JiuYou Fund’s international investments and Novel Unicorn. On the board of JonDeTech, he will serve as representative of JiuYou Fund.
– I really look forward to working with the board, management team, and founders in the exciting phase that JonDeTech is now entering. IR sensors are being used more and more in smart homes, smartphones, and other consumer and industrial electronics. I am very impressed by JonDeTech’s innovative technology creating much smaller and thinner sensors that will enable a range of new applications, says Katarina Bonde, JonDeTech’s proposed Chairman of the Board.
In addition to Katarina Bonde and David Wu, it is proposed that Bengt Lindblad, Magnus Eneström, and Johan Lodenius be re-elected. Mikael Lindeberg and Michael Olsson have declined re-election but will remain in their operational roles.
