JonDeTech Sensors moves the annual general meeting

The board of directors of JonDeTech Sensors AB (“JonDeTech” or the “Company”) has decided to postpone the annual general meeting to June 28, 2023. The previously communicated date for the annual general meeting was May 25, 2023.

The board has noted that a large number of registered shares are not duly registered for voting in the share register for the annual general meeting on May 25, 2023. To the board’s understanding, this is partly due to the fact that shares subject to the share loans, which have been part of the financing arrangements communicated by the Company on April 29, 2023, have not yet been duly registered for voting, partly due to technical issues for other shareholders. This has resulted in the Company’s ownership not being reflected in the share register.

The board believes that a high level of participation in general meetings, and annual general meetings in particular, is in the interest of the Company and all shareholders. Therefore, the board has decided to postpone the annual general meeting to June 28, 2023, to enable voting registration to take place.

With the exception of the updated dates, an unchanged notice – with the same options for postal voting as well as participation through proxy – will be published in a separate press release. The Company’s annual report for 2022 was published on May 4, 2023, and is available on the Company’s website. The board emphasizes the importance of participation in the annual general meeting and encourages shareholders to register for the meeting in accordance with the instructions in the notice.
