JonDeTech welcomes Didier Pineau-Valencienne, former CEO of Schneider Electric, as a major shareholder

JonDeTech has been informed that Didier Pineau-Valencienne has purchased 1,000,000 shares and now, combined with his previous holding, own 1,435,000 corresponding to approximately 7.92 percent of the share capital.

Michael Olsson, Chairman of the board of JonDeTech, comments “Didier Pineau-Valencienne has been a shareholder in the company since December 2015. We are honored that he has chosen to increase his holding and see it as a vote of confidence now that the company moves into the commercialization phase.”

Didier Pineau-Valencienne comments “I have followed JonDeTech for some time now and I am convinced that their IR-sensor based on nanotechnology can find its way into numerous applications. Especially since they recently validated their production process and brought in a new CEO.”
