JonDeTech (publ) today announces that Chairman Erik Hallberg resigns from the Board at his own request with immediate effect due to private and personal reasons. The Board has appointed Board member Jan Johannesson as new Chairman of the Board for the period until the Annual General Meeting 2023.
Jan Johannesson has been member of the board since mid 2021 and has been deeply involved with JonDeTech both on a strategic and operational level. Jan’s previous experience include among other SVP Fingerprint Cards and he has a broad experience from the semiconductor industry.
In view of my deep and broad involvement with JonDeTech over the past years, I am committed to continue our efforts in taking the company to the next level as JonDeTech has recently reached a historical milestone in the quest toward high-volume industrial production. says Jan Johannesson.
The company’s Board of Directors consists of Jan Johannesson (Chairman), Bengt Lindblad, Magnus Eneström, Karl Lundahl and Dave Wu.
