JonDeTech and Chinese Green Motive Technology (GMT) entered into a cooperation agreement regarding the development of sensor solutions

JonDeTech and Chinese Shanghai Green Motive Smart Technology Co., Ltd (GMT) have today signed an agreement regarding an in-depth and long-term commercial collaboration regarding the development of sensor solutions and related technology in home appliances and high-end equipment. The agreement covers JonDeTech’s proprietary sensor element, JIRS30, and the silicon-based sensor, JIRS40. The agreement confirms the two companies’ intention to work together to deliver new sensor solutions to China large customer base.

To, among other things, increase efficiency and pace of development as well as create the opportunity for customer demonstrations, JonDeTech will, free of charge, also have access to office space and postal addresses in GMT’s offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Qingdao. In addition, GMT also provides multiple workspaces and a dedicated office space at its headquarters in Shanghai.

– With this agreement, we take another big step towards commercializing our proprietary sensor element, JIRS30 and creating additional opportunities for JIRS40. One cannot help but be impressed by GMT’s product portfolio, customers, and partners. I look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration, says Dean Tosic, CEO of JonDeTech.

– As all verticals have been becoming more AI-oriented, we are very happy to see this cooperation with JonDeTech at this time, especially when considering its proprietary and unique technologies in the sensing field. We foresee this cooperation will provide us with a good and unique sensing capability base and consequently enable us to develop more specific smart solutions for making the at-home/smart appliance market more intelligent. We welcome the JonDeTech team to join our development operation at our Shanghai facility soon, says Simon Sun, CTO at Green Motive.
