Terms: For every one hundred (100) series TO3 options, the holder may subscribe for one (1) new share in JonDeTech Sensors AB.
Subscription price: Corresponds to 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of JonDeTech Sensors’ share on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the measurement period, but not less than the par value of the share (0.55 SEK) and no more than 6.00 SEK.
Measurement period: September 17, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
Exercise period: October 2, 2024, to October 16, 2024.
Last trading day: October 11, 2024.
Payment: Payment must be made at the same time as the exercise notice is submitted.
